About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Lending Relationship Management Representative who has the ability to handle a high volume of daily transactions ranging from entering credit applications, providing quoting and/or pricing of leases and loans, and documentation requests.  In this role you will also answer inbound phone calls from and ACD phone line and partner with cross functional departments to complete transactions. 


In this role, you will:

  • Support internal and external customers with the objective of extending contacts regarding financial products and services
  • Generate new business from existing or new client relationships
  • Support less experienced Business Lending Relationship Management in interpreting and understanding complex policies
  • Perform or guide others on complex tasks and initiatives that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation
  • Adapt campaigns to implement strategies and methods to increase efficiency and results
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
  • Prioritize work and provide leadership and mentorship to the support team
  • Provide technical guidance on documentation concerns
  • Ensure that various segments of the market receive adequate support and coverage to encourage continued flow business
  • Execute various manufacturer programs and marketing campaigns
  • Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to Business Lending Relationship Management on broad range of information Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Business Lending Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Siebel
  • Leasing Source Experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of Equipment Finance preferred
  • Experience obtaining and reviewing customer documents preferred
  • Financial Services experience
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Good PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Energetic, quick learner, positive attitude, self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently, organizing and managing multiple priorities
