About this role:

Within Technology, the Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT is focused on improving the Employee Experience across the bank and is uniquely positioned organizationally to drive impactful change for our employees.  Specifically, the Employee Experience team is focused on identifying points of friction for our employees, aligning stakeholders across business and technology, and driving delivery.  This role is an opportunity to join a newly forming organization that will interact with stakeholders across the bank and drive meaningful and impactful change.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Business Execution Consultant to join the Employee Experience Team.  In this role, you will be part of a team to capture the end-to-end process through value stream mapping and customer journeys, establish key metrics for measure current process and realization of improvements made, identify key opportunities for improvement, and partner across the impacted teams in the business and technology to drive delivery.


In this role, you will:

  • Partner across lines of business and technology to assess the end-to-end employee experience by developing value stream maps and employee journeys
  • Define key metrics that will be used to measure ‘employee experience’
  • Assess and define process and technology enhancements to improve the employee experience
  • Drive the resolution of the most complex and significant employee experience challenges across multiple lines of business, driving improvement of the employee experience
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and broad reaching
  • Effectively influence prioritization of delivery across multiple organizations to best support the end-to-end process
  • Balance a focus on strategy and drive output-based delivery – progress can be measured and quantified in value
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
  • Evaluate effectiveness and provide updates to key enterprise stakeholders, leadership, and executive leadership regarding the root cause, cost or benefit, and risk evaluations


Required Qualifications, US:

  • 2+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of strategic planning experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an enterprise technology environment
  • 2+ years of experience delivering user experience solutions
  • 2+ years of Agile delivery experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • Ability to influence effectively in a matrixed organization, developing partnerships with many business and functional areas, and having a strong execution and delivery skills
  • Experience with Customer Journey Mapping
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage numerous, competing demands from internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with process engineering and re-design.
  • Experience with large transformation efforts within a major line of business
  • A high level of comfort working with ambiguity or uncertainty and converting information into quantifiable concepts
