About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Data Management Analyst ..

In this role, you will:

  • Involve in design and maintenance of RSI Intake and prioritization process to maximize efficiency, satisfaction and speed to market
  • Develop reporting that quantifies the impact of OpEx activities across the Data Management and Insights (DMI) strategic framework
  • Support development of OpEx forums, educational materials, and promotion of successful engagements
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts in partnership with Prod. teams
  • Develop reporting that accurately and succinctly communicates the effectiveness of internal RSI operations
  • Facilitate routines communicate with customers
  • Work to identify and remediate opportunities in RSI operations
  • Execute continuous improvement engagement with a good ROI
  • Act as Subject Matter Expertise for this team
  • Work in Agile teams
  • Act as a catalyst to socialize EDM capabilities, solutions, and data assets to advance the data agenda of the enterprise
  • Collaborate and coordinate with executive and key leaders to maintain commitment to strategic objectives
  • Partner with peers in DMI and EDM functions as the conduit to SMEs within the Lines of Business

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of data management experience in one or more of the following functional areas: master, reference data, technology strategy, business technology solutions, data warehousing, data integration.
  • 2 + years of ETL or Data Modelling
  • Good exposure to tools like Tableau
  • Good exposure to SQL


Desired Qualifications:

  • Should have worked in Agile teams
  • Has good understanding of Risk/Audit/Regulatory reporting activities
  • Has good understanding of Data Management that included Metadata and Data Quality
  • Experience presenting status in a manner that informs, and enhances understanding at all levels
  • Experience building strong relationships with senior leadership
  • Strong critical thinking skills with ability to credibly challenge status quo
  • Proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Visio, Power Point)
