Marketing Lead Systems Architects
About this role:
As part of the Chief Technology Office (CTO), the Architecture, Strategy, and Consulting (ASC) Team is responsible for Consumer architecture to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers across LOBs and products as well as architecture for Consumer Data and Engagement Platforms (CDEP). CDEP architecture includes Marketing and Lead Enablement platforms, strategic consumer data platforms for customer insights and personalization, and Marketing/Sales Experiences.
Marketing Lead Systems Architects will act as product architects partnering closely with Marketing Technology executives within CDEP and various Lines of Business and Technology teams as well as other CRM architects and architects and engineering leads for key interfacing platforms. Through these partnerships, you will develop strategy and solutions architecture for Marketing platforms while identifying architecture modernization and simplification opportunities. You will also be responsible for solutions architecture and setting key strategic architecture direction and providing clear roadmaps exhibiting the current architecture and progression/steps toward target state.
This senior technical professional within the Enterprise Architecture group is responsible for Product Architecture (L3) for an assigned portfolio of applications and the associated business-technology strategies.
The Product Architect exhibits leadership to drive a product vision, translate business demands to product capabilities and develops a target architecture roadmap that supports consumer/client consumption. They work with Product Owners and Product Managers. The Product Architect Role is part of the Product Cabinet and is dedicated to support a product.
The Product Architects will describe the solution context and solution intent, analyze technical trade-offs, determine the primary components and subsystems, identify the interfaces and collaborations between them, define non functional requirements (NFRs), and guide enablers through the program and solution kanban systems.
The Product Architect participates in Product Backlog refinement, prioritization, pre-planning event, working with the product manager and stakeholders to define the architectural approach, capability roadmap, and high-level objectives for the roadmap. Product Architect participates in the team demos, often demonstrating the capabilities that their product areas have contributed and reviewing the contributions of the other product areas.
The Product Architect drives continuous planning, develops and reviews required ArchSpec and adheres to the governance process. Product Architect works with third parties, making sure the technical characteristics for third party-delivered capabilities are understood and assisting with the architectural integration of these concerns.
The Product Architect is responsible for producing the Architecture deliverables for a Product Architecture, Product Technology Roadmap, Architecture Specifications and establishing a modernization roadmap in partnership with the product manager as relevant. The Product Architect will create architecture that drives towards simplification, enterprise grade, build to consume solutions that drive enterprise rationalization. This role is will require experience and training in Cloud, Data, DevSecOps, Domain Driven Design, Archimate, Architecture Frameworks (TOGAF) fundamentals.
Customer Journey/Experience Lead System Architects
About this Role:

Marketing and Customer Journey/Experience Lead System Architects
In this Lead System Architects role, it will l require experience and training in Cloud, Data, DevSecOps, Domain Driven Design, Archimate, Architecture Frameworks (TOGAF) fundamentals.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the implementation of complex projects and initiatives that have companywide scope
- Assist in the creation of architectural artifacts for key technology initiatives
- Participate in the definition of future technology architecture and strategy
- Identify medium to high architectural impact projects
- Conduct complex technology and system assessments for architecture solutions
- Communicate the companywide Architecture strategy and direction to both management and systems related teams
- Make decisions in the development and maintenance of architectures
- Understand compliance and risk management requirements for supported areas
- Ensure applications adhere to established Wells Fargo standards, policies, methodologies and industry best practices
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Systems Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: systems, applications, or architecture planning
- 4+ years of experience creating strategy
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience in Marketing and CRM technologies
- Knowledge and experience with customer journeys, customer experience, and personas.
- Experience in customer journey mapping
- Experience in developing customer driven an omnichannel customer experience end to end architecture and partnering/leading other architects in developing solution to support the customer experience
- High communication skills to work with all levels of business and technical teams
- Ability to partner with many different platform engineering and architecture teams on architecture that spans multiple areas.
