About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a SharePoint Platform Administrator to assist users of varying skillsets on how to use the Microsoft Power Platform Hosted system related to onboarding users, tool functionality, screen share, technical liaison for knowledge transfer, enhancement request, and appropriate escalations.  You will act as the face of our platform and quality communication skills with end users is important.
 

To facilitate these requirements, you will be required to understand end to end program management execution processes, as well as the technical aspects of Microsoft’s Power Platform, which includes SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Project Server.
 

Managing the constant change of user access is also a key part of this role. This involves processing User access Additions, Modifications, and Deletions through the various systems involved within the bank (Active Directory Groups, SharePoint group association, etc.) while communicating progress to with the requestor.
 

By being deeply involved in the administration of the system, process improvement identification and suggestions will be expected.


In this role, you will:

  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Microsoft 365 Power User/Expert with a focus on SharePoint Online administration
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Experience monitoring and maintaining a Shared Mailbox for user troubleshooting.
  • Perform SharePoint Administration and Microsoft 365 management across the entire Strategic Execution Office (SEO Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse)
  • Assist platform end users with the following by monitoring Shared Mailbox, Confluence, JIRA, and Instant Messaging:
    • Platform Onboarding and Access Modifications
    • Site access & troubleshooting (access, errors, light training, screen share, etc.)
    • Feature enhancement management
    • Site provisioning
    • Active Directory request and tracking
    • Review and report on user activity
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
  • Communicate directly with the direct Program Execution Managers, Central Team Managers, Reg. Relations Managers and LOB for project questions and escalations

Job Expectations:

  • Hybrid Work Schedule (3 days in-office & 2 days working remote) *subject to change
  • Location: Two Wells Fargo Center – Charlotte, North Carolina
     

Base Compensation Range:
$73,100 – 129,900 USD Annual
Eligible for discretionary annual bonus.
