Senior Business Execution Consultant

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant as part of Marketing and Sales Platforms to enable better use of content within specific marketing technology tools used for marketing campaigns and other marketing purposes. This will include being part of driving an enhanced enterprise solution for disclosure management.

This role is accountable for:

  • Work as part of a collaborative Agile Kanban team to receive work assignments
  • The role will gather metadata about marketing campaigns, update records with that information, and deliver metadata automation strategies to enable marketers to have better technical search abilities with our marketing technology systems. This work involves ensuring quality metadata is obtained and entered into systems of record.
  • Resources will also support other key activities by providing quality assurance (QA) or user testing services. As we evolve our marketing technology stack, this will be a critical step the ensure operating quality and prevention of user impacts.
  • Be a part of a large and complex transition of key marketing systems serving to handle the data migrations between systems.
  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

 Required Qualifications

6+ Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


 Desired Qualifications

  • 3+ Experience in working with marketing technology such as Aprimo, Aprimo DAM (digital asset management system) or similar platforms
  • Experience working as part of an Agile scrum or Kanban team
  • Knowledge of file transfers (FTP), Visual Basic, Java  
  • This role will be accountable for delivering with a strong attention to detail, accuracy
  • Exposure to developing the testing plan including testing scripts
  • Ability to provide a high attention to detail
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
