About this role:

Wells Fargo is hiring for an Analytics Senior Manager in Decision Management, Acquisition and Planning as part of Credit Card & Merchant Services.  In this role you will lead our Direct Mail Campaign Analytics Team.  This team is responsible for providing response forecast inputs into campaign decision feeding direct mail campaign analysis supporting our Branded Cards and CoBrand Businesses.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the Direct Mail Campaign Analytics Team within the credit card business.

  • Hiring, managing, and developing the analysts on the team.

  • Accountable for leading team which is responsible for providing response forecast inputs into campaign investment decisions supporting our Branded Cards and Cobrand Businesses.

  • Serve as organization lead to identify Key Performance Indicators and develop a tracker for performance assessment. 

  • Drive ideation around supporting campaign analytics such as list resting strategies, waterfall suppression analysis and product/offer sequencing strategies.  

  • Lead Business Process Re-engineering with respect to Direct Mail Process for Financial calculation and optimization integration into broader marketing direct mail campaign process integration. 

  • Serve as the analytical lead around the optimization of Direct Mail, Email and WF.com offer evaluation, assessment, and tracking.  

  • Work cross functionally team to deliver high value Direct Mail investment opportunities.

  • Engage with peers, managers risk, compliance, managers companywide, and serve as an expert advisor to leadership team on direct mail marketing.

  • Demonstrate vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and inductive thinking, and coordination of complex activities and resolution.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 3+ years Management experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Direct Mail Campaign Analytics

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Experience with Agile project methodologies

  • Experience with data/response models, data relationships and data mapping

  • Demonstrated ability to design and lead complex projects/analyses

  • Previous experience leading process re-engineering

Pay Range:
