Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Valuations Manager...
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop a team of individual contributors with low to moderate complexity and risk in Commercial Valuations functional area
- Engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with the function
- Oversee borrower collateral activity, ensuring the proper controls are in place to protect the bank's assets and to identify and mitigate risk
- Make recommendations to senior management on ways to limit the bank's exposure on assigned collateral
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within Commercial Valuations functional area
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations of Commercial Valuations functional area and team to meet business objectives
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures for Commercial Valuations functions with low to moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
- Collaborate and consult with Commercial Valuations peers, colleagues, and multiple level managers as well as interact directly with external customers
- Serve as the liaison to Regional Portfolio Managers, Regional Credit Managers, operations and client services for items related to collateral activity
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Commercial Valuations
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications, US:
- 6+ years of Commercial Valuations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 8+ years of Leadership experience
