In this role, you will:
- Lead complex, innovative and diverse Data Management, Engineering and Analytics initiatives with companywide impact, high risk and with significant scope, cost and benefit
- Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant Data Governance, Data Management, Data Engineering, Data Modernization and Data & BI Analytics challenges across the organization, delivering solutions that are long term, large scale, broad reaching, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking and coordination of highly complex activities and resolution
- Hands-on experience in Kafka, Apache Beam, Spark, Java, Spring, Microservices, APIs, Analytics, Machine learning, Python, Batch and Realtime Data processing.
- working experience in designing, architecting applications for deployment into one or more cloud (GCP, Azure) environments and the ability to build solutions leveraging Big Query, Data Flow and Data Proc, Kubernetes, TKGI, Cloudera Data Platform.
- Understanding of tools and technologies like Talend, Ab-initio, Informatica, Autosys, Tableau, Hadoop, Teradata, Hive, Oracle, Mongo DB, SQL server.
- Strong hands-on experience of working with end to end applications and integrations while focusing on the Data for enterprise scale application development.
- Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Creating Realtime Data and Application integration using highly scalable Data Services/APIs with JAVA, Microservices/Events driven architecture, API Gateway implement on Azure and Multi-cloud
- Should possess Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively across organizational lines and with virtual team members.
- Provide vision, leadership, architecture and industry expertise regarding large-scale companywide Data related technological innovation strategies that significantly influence the organization's business and financial operations
- Lead all levels of engineering Data professionals; serve as an advisor to technology leadership; represent the team externally in networking, collaborating and technical events
- Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area
Required Qualifications:
- 16+ years of Data & Analytics experience, Data warehousing/ETL or Software Engineering demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent and Must have 16 Years of overall experience
- 15+ years of experience in DWH, OLTP, ETL systems, Data Analytics, Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality & BI Tools.
- Hands-on experience in Kafka, Apache Beam, Spark, Java, Spring, Microservices, APIs, Analytics, Machine learning, Python, Batch and Realtime Data processing
- Cloud certified with Hands-on knowledge of Google/Azure Cloud
- working experience in designing, architecting applications for deployment into one or more cloud (GCP, Azure) environments and the ability to build solutions leveraging Big Query, Data Flow and Data Proc, Kubernetes, TKGI, Cloudera Data Platform.
- Understanding of tools and technologies like Talend, Ab-initio, Informatica, Collibra, Autosys, Tableau, Hadoop, Teradata, Hive, Oracle, Mongo DB, SQL server.
- Strong hands-on experience of working with and buildout of transformational agile teams for enterprise scale application development.
- Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Should possess Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively across organizational lines and with virtual team members.
- Provide effort estimates, identify resource needs, and enforce project and delivery standards.
- Strong demonstrated people development skills to hire, coach, develop, and mentor team members.
- Ability to deal with ambiguities effectively (Technology, People, Process or Partner).
