About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Recruiting Senior Manager in Human Resources to support recruiting operations initiatives within Wells Fargo Early Careers program. This role will be responsible for providing leadership in the strategic planning, process management and execution of Recruiting operations.
In this role, you will:

Manage, develop, and lead the recruiting operations team supporting early careers globally

Identify challenges, potential process improvements, and solutions to promote a best-in-class experience for all involved with the recruitment and hiring process

Evaluate and roll out new products, platforms and systems while ensuring maximum utilization of existing recruitment tools and technologies
-
Enhance the candidate experience by creating streamlined, consistent, and compliant recruitment processes

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across multiple business areas and/or functional groups, including technical product teams and Talent Acquisition (TA) partners

Develop and manage the early career recruiting technology roadmap and deliverables

Demonstrate a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workplace/culture

Engage business and functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives

Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans

Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategies

Required Qualifications:
-
6+ years of Recruitment, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

3+ years of Management experience

5+ years of recruitment operations or talent operations experience
Desired Qualifications:

Experience in one or a combination of the following HR Disciplines: change management and organizational development

Talent Acquisition Project/ Program Management Experience

Strong analytical and quantitative skills to discover, model, measure, improve and automate recruitment processes

Advanced data management experience to include: collecting, analyzing and providing recommendations to business leaders and managers

Experience consulting, influencing and partnering with business executives, leadership, human resources partners and peers

Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment

Experience with recruiting ATS and CRM systems, Workday highly preferred
