About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Administrator...
In this role, you will:
- Support in implementation of initiatives related to operations and Business Execution across multiple lines of business
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide support to a variety of diverse support functions or operations
- Perform moderately complex cross organizational administrative, transactional, and operational tasks including policy or process changes, process improvements, and technology enhancement tasks
- Receive direction from supervisors
- Assist with the administration of Strategy and Execution programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
- Interact with colleagues of a specific line of business for the purpose of executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives
- Prepare dashboard reporting used in monthly review meetings with business partners to discuss current volume trends, issues and/or resolutions if applicable and new/ongoing projects
- Assist with ad hoc reporting request fulfillment
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in Administrative Support, or Business Support, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Finance, Brokerage Operations, or Asset Movement background for 1+ year.

1+ year of call center customer service experience in the financial services industry

Ability to proactively manage and mitigate issues and navigate changes in a positive manner

Strong time management skills and ability to meet changing priorities and deadlines

Customer Service experience; experience servicing calls

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information and comprehending customer issues

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

Great organizational skills with ability to multitask

Problem solving and decision-making skills

Ability to interpret policies and procedures and provide information
Job Expectations:
- Willing to work on-site.
- Night shift and is willing to adjust schedule depending on the demand.
