About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Senior Business Execution Consultant in Chief Operating Office, providing coverage in: Operations, Regulatory and Policy Affairs, Enterprise Customer Excellence, Sales Practices Oversight and Management, and Strategic Execution and Operations. It also includes the Chief Administrative Office, encompassing the Corporate Properties Group, Corporate Security, Enterprise Business Resiliency, Strategic Programs and Process Improvement, Enterprise Change Management, Supply Chain Management, and Data Management and Insights.

In this role, you will:
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives.
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures.
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners.
Required Qualifications, US:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
Conduct Management experience.
Research systems experience using (EAP & PART).
Experience performing root cause analysis, evaluating trends, and recommending solutions as needed.
Strong analytical skills with excellent ability to research and examine extensive amounts of information and create clearly written assessments of analysis. High attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Track record of success in collaborating with, partnering with, and influencing senior leaders within the organization.
Ability to prioritize work, manage pipeline, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
Preferred Wells Fargo experience with the following lines of business: Wealth and Investment Management (WIM), Chief Operating Office (COO) Experience, and/or Consumer Lending Experience.
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Ability to work on site per Wells Fargo's standard operating model in one of the listed locations.
