Lead Business Execution Administrator

In this role, you will:

  • Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the business.
  • Publish moderately complex web procedure content in accordance with standards
  • Perform business operations that are administrative in nature.
  • Draft, edit and format basic to moderately complex procedures, materials, or other documentation related procedures Facilitate efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the assigned operation.
  • Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Interact with immediate Strategy and Execution colleagues on operational initiatives.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships within Implementation team and various business partners within CCS organization.
  • Attend regular kanban ceremonies (routines and meetings) and be empowered to contribute directly to improving team’s processes and successes
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Interact with internal customers.
  • Assist others to resolve process gaps, providing input based on observations.


Required Qualifications,

  • 4+ years of Administrative Support, or, Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, including attention to detail  
  • Experience developing partnerships with leaders and subject matter experts across multiple business functions 
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently with minimal supervision, and demonstrate urgency  
  • Effective critical thinking and credible challenge skills 
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
