About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Recruitment Senior Manager (Executive Director) to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience for the consumer, commercial, wholesale banking operations hiring team in India. This strategic role involves leading a dynamic talent acquisition team, crafting innovative strategies, and partnering with senior leadership to ensure the company remains ahead in a competitive talent market. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments and demonstrate a profound capability in building and mentoring teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving the talent agenda, lead the hiring strategy for the banking operations group to attract high caliber talent and help the company become an employer of choice.
Be a strategic talent partner to the business and play a key role in hiring demand planning in line with the organization’s long-term business objectives
Collaborate in employer branding initiatives to establish the company as a top choice.
Work with the business leaders to formulate and implement a compelling talent acquisition strategy for high volume and niche’ roles hiring.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment plans.
Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation and onboarding.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and professional associations, to source qualified candidates.
Deliver on key recruitment metrics and goals including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire, candidate experience and provide regular reports on recruitment activities.
Evaluate and streamline recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition.
Mentor and coach team members of the recruitment team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Collaborate with other HR functions, such as HR business partners and talent development, to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with overall HR strategies and initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Recruitment, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
TA leadership experience in managing banking operations hiring and talent fulfillment activities for large scale global banking captives, financial services organizations.
Strong experience in driving TA transformation and change management projects.
Strong risk mindset with deeper understanding of controls and compliance requirements
Focus on elevating the employer brand, delivering exemplary candidate and hiring manager experience.
Hands-on experience in managing recruiting lifecycle with strong sourcing skills utilizing all channels and methods including digital, social, online resources, events, relationship building and professional networking.
Highly proficient in analyzing recruitment related metrics and addressing key areas of the recruitment life cycle (as applicable).
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
Demonstrated leadership abilities in coaching and developing a high performing team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal, consultative and relationship building skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
