  • About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant.

    Reporting to the Marketing Execution Platform and User Support leader, this team member will play a key role focused on delivering platform support and maintenance, operational and user support, driving adoption across various marketing and support platforms.

    This role is accountable for:

  • Provide user support and perform maintenance activities for workflow tools such as Aprimo and Red Oak
  • Provide support, governance, development, and maintenance for operational platforms such as Jira Service Desk and Agile Jira
  • Use no/low code configuration functionality within the tools to enable features and functionality not available to the end-users.
  • Play a significant role with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)for new features and functionality.
  • Work with partners to define and deliver requirements for operational and process adherence tracking/reporting
  • Ensure controls are met such as Downtime Tracking, User Access, and recertification.
  • In this role, you will:
  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
  • Required Qualifications, US:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Required Qualifications, International:

  • Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 5 to 9 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: marketing and workflow platform business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience
  • Strong knowledge of and proficiency with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Jira Service Desk and Confluence
  • Desired Qualifications:

  • Financial services industry experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Marketing technology platforms especially in workflow tools like Aprimo or Red Oak
  • Experience with rolling out and supporting a complex marketing applications. 
  • Ability to identify business improvement opportunities and drive completion of tasks, projects and initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Jira Service Desk and Confluence
  • Ability to learn new systems and interfaces in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Team Overview - Consumer Data and Engagement Platform (CDEP)

The CDEP group works across the Consumer & Small Business Banking (CSBB), Consumer Lending, and Wealth and Investment Management lines of business to develop coordinated strategies for growth in each of Wells Fargo's customer segments. The team is responsible for designing seamless, engaging customer experiences across products and channels, and building the next-generation digital, data and analytics, and functional capabilities required to deliver toward these objectives.
