The Data and Transformation function, which sits within Commercial Banking, is responsible for driving key large-scale Transformation efforts to digitize core processes front-to-back to achieve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and risk reduction. We partner with both Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking Lines of Business, Operations, and Control to drive transformation with a focus on risk and control, data quality, and consistency in customer experience.

One of our key efforts, the Originations and Portfolio Management Transformation, is focused on implementing a new Loan Origination and Portfolio Management platform (nCino) that will become the core strategic platform leveraged by Commercial Banking (CB) and Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) LOBs. Implementing this platform is a key aspect to our overall lending transformation efforts that are helping create

optimized CB and CIB lending organizations, with simplified and standardized processes, usable/accurate data, and best-in-class technology. These efforts will enable business efficiency, active portfolio management, better risk management, and a platform for future growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day support of incidents and requests including root cause/data analysis, remediation/workaround creation, and management of tickets/communications related to our nCino production environment. You will coordinate with enterprise support teams to resolve user incidents, raise defects & enhancements accordingly, and work with product management to prioritize findings among the product roadmap.  The role will also support the program’s UAT testing efforts as needed by participating in story/unit testing and coordination of user testing events.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 7+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning 3+ years of management experience

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Salesforce admin certification with experience building reporting and dashboards within salesforce environment
  • Understanding of limitations within Salesforce reporting and be able to solution around limitations to deliver business outcomes
  • Extensive commercial and/or large corporate lending experience across a broad spectrum of lending products, collateral types, and business segments
  • 4+ years’ experience in commercial lending
  • In depth knowledge of Salesforce and nCino platforms

Other Desired Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience supporting production incident management across scaled agile delivery model where multiple product teams executing against release train
  • 1+ years experience testing user stories, writing test scripts, and/or conducting E2E regression testing on nCino or Salesforce
  • Experience using SOQL or SQL and analyzing complex data sets
  • Demonstrated ability to work in and respond to a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and effectively partner/influence at the senior executive level
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and consult with key business partners and translate complex, technical concepts so that they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with multiple stakeholder groups including lines of business, operations, technology, and external service providers
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
