About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant (Senior Asst Vice President) to be a part of the Talent Acquisition Operations team in Hyderabad. This strategic role involves monitoring and supporting the governance framework laid out for Talent Acquisition teams across India and Philippines. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments and demonstrate a profound capability of partnering with the TA partners and supporting the TA priorities laid out globally.


In this role, you will:

  • Support the TA function aligned to multiple business groups and contribute to the large-scale strategic initiatives.
  • In this role you will be expected to have hands on experience in assessment of financials (actuals vs projected) for TA, track cost per hire, manage vendor billing , work on Metrics that Matter for Talent Acquisition and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners


Required Qualifications:

  • Education and/or experience equivalent to a graduate degree
  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations like roles in large scale banking and financial services. Business execution, implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
  • Ability to work in strong partnership with Talent Acquisition partners.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools. Proficiency in navigating through applicant tracking systems and eye for data analytics.
  • Added advantage if the candidate has strong eye for detail on data and developing strong metrics to track process performance.
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent
