About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 14+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Develop, evolve, and communicate the product area vision, priorities and strategy while managing risk and ensuring
  • regulatory and policy compliance.
  • Establish, communicate, and monitor product area goals and performance indicators.
  • Identify and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to communicate product area vision, strategies and priorities while soliciting and incorporating feedback.
  • Facilitate frequent collaboration between customers, stakeholders, and teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Engage in industry, technology, and customer ecosystem research and discovery to incorporate and prioritize key findings into the product area backlog.
  • Actively own the prioritization of a clearly understood product area backlog aligned to product area vision and goals.
  • Ensure product vision and strategy incorporate a holistic product approach towards sustainability, quality, scalability, etc.
  • Identify and resolve sequencing and prioritization conflicts across products and product areas.
  • Inspire and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Be consistently and actively present and in cadenced communication with product leadership and product area team members.
  • Serve as the product representative to enterprise governance and policies (Enterprise Change Management,
  • Software Delivery Lifecycle, Legal Risk Control Compliance, etc.).
