About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking Business Execution Director responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across business groups.
In this role, you will:
The incumbent will be specifically responsible for but not limited to:
Business Execution Director, will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, transitions, operations insights and analysis, manage monthly operations review and strategic operations’ projects The function calls for navigating through highly complex business groups and company-wide functions. Ensuring related WFIP activities are robust and holistic and adhere to Enterprise policies and protocols. This includes and is not limited to:
Develop and deliver on various Operational business strategies such as Risk and Control Programs, location strategy, financials and efficiency, workforce management, manger effectiveness, Productivity enhancement programs, etc.
Develop roadmap in line with the Operations vision and goals with measurable milestones and outcomes and partner with Operations leadership to deliver on it.
Drive cross functional initiatives across operations with robust project management including planning, delivery and governance, strong collaboration and partnership, and effective change management and communications.
Partner with Operations and technology to identify opportunities requiring tech investment to drive excellence, efficiency and improved experience. Evaluate upcoming technologies for application in operations, develop and deliver on the roadmap of implementing them as applicable starting from use case identification and so on and so forth. This includes IA, AI, Gen AI, etc.
Analyze internal operations metrics and data to help operations leaders with actionable operations insights, business insights on current state and future state and identify areas of focus and strategic interventions. Manage effective metrics reporting, performance analysis and identify areas for process enhancement.
Prepare reports and materials, operations insights and analysis, for key senior meetings, monthly operations review and supporting effective governance with key actionable insights.
Review and provide industry intelligence on operations trends, transition trends, etc.
Monitor potential risk and regulatory trends to evaluate operations impact
Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of management experience

Management experience
Must have prior BFSI experience of at least 8 years.
Proven operations experience contributing towards process excellence.
Hands on experience and deep understanding of technology application and usage in operations
Strong project management skills and exceptional execution skills
Demonstrable evidence of a track-record distinguished by exceeding expectations with partnership and collaboration
Excellent communication skills – oral, written and presentations
Proven experience in financial services with appropriate financial and business acumen acquired for scaling an organization.
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a very fluid, rapidly changing environment. Comfort in a relatively ambiguous environment.
Professional and mature disposition with the confidence and stature to challenge issues and positions in a respectful, tactful and non-confrontational manner.
