About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a seeking a Lead Communication Consultant Communications Campaign & Strategic Projects Lead to develop and manage high-impact content initiatives, communication design, and strategic projects that support the organization's objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and project management expertise, with a focus on leveraging AI to optimize content generation and delivery.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and manage campaign strategies that align with the organization’s goals and enhance brand presence across various platforms.
- Design and execute communication plans that effectively convey key messages to internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the end-to-end project management of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver high-quality content across different media, including written, visual, and digital formats.
- Manage content creation processes, including writing, editing, and reviewing key communications such as press releases, leader messages, blog posts, and social media content.
- Lead communication design efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and visual identity across all channels.
- Identify and leverage storytelling opportunities to enhance the company’s brand and communicate its value proposition effectively.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of content and communication initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, acting as a trusted advisor on content and communication strategies.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance on best practices in content management, project execution, and communication design.
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Experience developing communication strategies and campaigns that drive business priorities
- Experience in content management and integrated campaign management
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex challenges and drive business success.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades and influences decision making
