About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Banking Leadership Institute (BBLI) & Affluent Development Lead Readiness Consultant (Lead Business Execution Consultant) within National Advice and Acquisition as part of Consumer, Small, and Business Banking. The BBLI & Affluent Development team provide development programs and readiness for District Managers, Branch Managers and licensed bankers. The BBLI & Affluent Development team enables and enhances development using a variety of innovative approaches based upon individual development needs. The Lead Readiness Consultant is responsible for the supporting the execution of Affluent development programs and readiness within the National Branch Network.

In this role, you will:
Execute BBLI & Affluent development program components
Develop readiness plans, workshops, videos, and guides
Partner with Affluent teams, Recruiting and Human Resources (HR) Learning and Development (L&D)
Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience creating design plans and developing content which may include but not limited to videos, workshops and programs
Knowledge and understanding of Affluent banking
Previous experience creating content for end users
Previous internal or external consulting experience
Strong written, oral and presentation communication skills; ability to guide discussions at multiple management levels. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Word is critical
Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions
Proven experience socializing readiness plans with senior and executive leaders
Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Effectively self-manages end-to-end projects using effective organizational capabilities and stakeholder engagement, managing simultaneous efforts while remaining agile to emerging priorities
Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, create and manage (while achieving results) large-scale change and influence people at all levels of the organization
Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles

Pay Range:
New York :$96,600-$206,000 Annually
Actual salary is determined by location, experience and qualifications of the job
