About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant
In this role, you will:
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 8+ years of relevant experience in business strategy, business management, Finance, transformation & advisory
- Proven experience and track record in creating and executing strategic programs and working in strategic consulting teams
- Working closely with data, analytics and technology teams across the business, shape solution designs which meets business needs as well as aligning to the broader strategic objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with business analysis experience or equivalent. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations preferred.
- Ability to transform a business problem to a data problem is required
- Previous experience in data commercialization will be advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Reporting - Dashboard and Scorecard, MBR, business analysis
- Review and identify areas for improvement leading to operational efficiency, process optimization, and field acceleration working with various teams within the organization (operations, IT, leadership, etc.)
- Oversee the strategy, priorities, and business management
- Drive strategic planning, priorities and OKRs
- Set up a coordinated operating cadence around:
- Strategic planning
- Risk & compliance mandates
- Executive and operational reporting
- Budget, and finance deliverables
- Participate in organization-wide, strategic, and tactical initiatives
- Build presentations and represent in internal and external forums
- Proactively manage day to day business office responsibilities like managing budget, driving adherence to Risk & Compliance mandates, regular cadence on team build out & hiring updates etc.
- Very strong written communicator, with excellent planning and/or program management skills, ability to create presentations for senior exec levels on initiatives, Programs and business reviews. Excellent oral communication skills and a proven ability to influence senior leaders across a matrixed organization to create engagement and drive results.
- Working experience in tableau or Power BI is a plus.
