The Measurement, Reporting and Enterprise Risk Programs Team is responsible for establishing risk appetite measures and key risk indicators that provide clear and relevant information to senior management and board members on the state of reputation risk. The Team oversees RRO’s enterprise program responsibilities for Enterprise Risk Identification and Assessment and New Business Initiatives, participates in the annual Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) submissions and administers RRO’s monitoring program.
In addition to possessing skills that would support these activities, the successful candidate for this role will have strong risk management skills, an ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders and be highly organized and attentive to details.
In this role, you will:
- Actively engage as a member of the RRO Measurement & Reporting Team in the development and tracking of new or modified RRO enterprise metrics and perform oversight activities of risk appetite measures.
- Contribute to reputation risk reporting for the Enterprise Risk and Control Committee and Risk Committee of the Board.
- Participate in the administration of RRO’s Enterprise Risk Program coverage responsibilities.
- Assist in the development and governance of the RRO Monitoring Plan.
- Work with relevant functions across the enterprise to identify potential enhancements to existing risk frameworks and programs to better incorporate and capture reputation risk.
- Monitor trends and themes for reputational risks and communicate these matters to leadership.
- Support RRO staff in other key IRM initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Risk Management experience (Compliance, Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Audit, Legal, Credit Risk, Market Risk, IT Systems Security, Business Process Management) or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Advanced experience with risk appetite and measurement programs and other enterprise risk programs including risk identification.
- Familiarity with executing monitoring plan activities for risk management in a business of comparable size, scale, and complexity as Wells Fargo.
- Ability to actively participate in enterprise projects and to think conceptually to identify and address future challenges and opportunities.
- Knowledge and understanding of audit, regulatory compliance, or risk management.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement change.
- Ability to prepare presentations, management reporting, and statistical analysis.
- Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
