About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager to provide day-to-day oversight and leadership for our Delivery Coordinators who support Auto Product Change Management Activities. This involves ensuring the Delivery Coordinators who support our three products are keeping their Product Managers compliant with regards to Enterprise, Consumer Lending, and internal Auto policy, procedure, and controls applicable to managing change. In this role, you will:
Lead and develop 12 domestic and 2 offshore Delivery Coordinators. In addition to direct supervisory HR responsibilities, Business Execution Manager will train, guide, coach and monitor employees on Enterprise and Consumer Lending Change Management Policies and procedures
Ensure the team is aligned to overall organizational strategy and is prioritizing support of product teams accordingly
Regularly engage with Product to ensure teams’ priorities are in alignment with business objectives and product needs
Support product team, engage and collaborate with legal, risk, control and compliance partners to ensure team is adhering to all risk and control requirements
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Enterprise and Consumer Lending Change Management Policy
Engage closely with Enterprise & Consumer Lending Change Management teams to understand the frequent changes in policy and procedure to proactively prepare the Delivery and Product team, ensuring seamless adoption
Understand policy updates and proactively manage impacts to Auto
Proactively identify areas of opportunity and find solutions to mitigate risk
Ensure consistency in change management procedure implementation and defect management
Provide insight and feedback regarding Change Management policy and procedures to enterprise and line of business change management groups
Required Qualifications, US:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
Indirect Auto lending experience, including knowledge and understanding of auto lending practices, policies, and procedures
Financial industry experience
Experience working in an Agile environment
Agile Scrum (CSM), SAFE certifications or other advanced Agile certifications
Change management experience, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification preferred
Project management experience, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Proven ability to effectively influence, partner, and negotiate at all internal organizational levels to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
Experience leading during times of ambiguity and change
Proven ability to assess current processes/procedures and make recommendations for efficiency
Experience leading large scale, complex initiatives with broad scope and impact across large organizations
Highly refined communicator, with experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and lead teams and make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
Experienced with Agile tools like Jira, and routines Big Room Planning, Product Cabinets
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
