Senior Infrastructure Engineer

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to help strategize and transition our on-prem environment to the cloud (M365 Desktop products), as part of the Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group.

The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and business
  • Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design and test solutions
  • Contribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements
  • Drive solutions to reduce recovery
  • Review and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management and key rotations
  • Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices
  • Resolve troublesome trends as they develop
  • Develop a long-range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring
  • Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure success
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Creating supporting change request documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of experience in desktop (M365 / Browser / Teams) strategy and support
  • 4+ years of modern endpoint (cloud services) experience
  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft policy administration
  • 2+ years of experience configuring and deploying Intune app configuration app protection policies for M365 desktop and mobile endpoints
  • 2+ years of experience deploying group policy objects in an Enterprise setting
  • 2+ years of experience configuring and deploying browser policy configurations for large scale environments
  • 2+ years of experience identifying, documenting and implementing security updates and patches
  • 2+ years of experience with Penetration testing and triaging issues with Security partners and vendors

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience transitioning from on-prem to cloud services (M365 desktop products)
  • Experience navigating through SQL server database schemas and producing custom queries for extraction of data
  • Familiarity operating within an Agile / DevOps environment
  • Experience developing and deploying custom scripts for endpoint management (PowerShell, Python)
  • Experience engineering and deploying Conditional Access policies 
  • Hands on experience conducting triage and troubleshooting of application and endpoint issues on large scale environments 
  • Experience / familiarity with modern endpoint management (iOS, Windows, Android, macOS)
  • Demonstrated ability to complete tasks according to established scope and timelines
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a high-performance team

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$84,000.00 - $164,400.00
