About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Support Senior Manager. This job is responsible for supporting Treasury Management Consultants in preparing customized sales proposals, conducting cost/benefit analyses, building multiple pricing scenarios and helping to identify pricing improvements and margin opportunities.
May serve as primary back-up customer contact for Treasury Management Consultants.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop a team of individual contributors and managers in roles with moderate complexity and risk
- Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
- Develop and execute the strategy for the support group and ensure it aligns with the overall Treasury Management strategy
- Manage and motivate large Support teams that are geographically dispersed
- Determine appropriate strategy and actions of Treasury Management Support team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced managers as well as interact directly with external customers
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in Treasury Management Support functional area
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management experience
Desired Qualifications:
- A BS/BA degree or higher
- Senior level leadership in financial services experience managing a complex organization including, managers, and individual contributors
- Experience with supporting clients or equivalent segments with complex treasury needs
- Ability to influence outcomes at senior levels
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience managing multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously
- Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications, who can also assist in building and presenting complex topics to Executive management in multiple mediums
- Experience delivering stellar results in a sales driven environment
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
- Ability to manage to concurrent competing and changing deadlines, quickly assess issue and concerns while bringing those issues to quick resolution
- Proactive innovator, motivator and change agent; able to lead change effectively and constructively in an organization
- Experience creating and achieving a desired future state vision through influence on individual and group goals
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Job Expectations:
- Build an excellent Sales Support COE across Philippines and India for Global Treasury Management Support function.
- Lead from front to ensure that transitions are seamless and handled effectively.
