Dealer Management Support Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to support business initiatives, including Dealer Management leadership, reporting, risk and controls. This role will play a critical role in driving the success of Wells Fargo Auto’s dealer relationships while adhering to company policy and standard.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, for pipeline management relating to assigned operations

  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control developments

  • Determine appropriate strategies and actions to meet moderate to high-risk deliverable

  • Utilize analytical skills to research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives

  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer and/ or dealer experience

  • Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers associated with auto lending processes and dealer management

  • Develop new business processes, procedures, and controls while partnering with key stakeholders within the broader Auto organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Auto finance, dealer finance, or dealer services experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a captive auto lender relationship. 

  • 4+ years project management experience: managing projects from beginning to end, that vary in scope and complexity

  • Knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures of dealer operations, contract management, and compliance standards

  • Strong analytical skills including strategically analyzing data, diagnosing opportunities, and providing solutions and recommendations to partners and business leaders

  • Experience with data analytics tools, Excel & Tableau to mine large data sets, create visualization and reporting

  • Experience in Open Text or other procedure writing application

  • Risk Management and compliance skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Expectations:

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

  • Ability to travel up to of the 10% time
