Aftermarket & Dealer Management Lead

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant. This Dealer Management lead will oversee and support relationships with our network of dealers, ensuring they are adhering to performance standards while finding a way to improve the overall dealer experience by building and developing partnerships across Wells Fargo Auto. This role involves ongoing monitoring, support, and strategic management to drive dealer success and alignment.  Primarily, this role will act as the lead with the Dealer Management space for a new captive relationship.


In this role, you will:

  • Be the primary point of contact within Aftermarket and Dealer Management for a new Auto relationship to help drive business outcomes and providing support when needed.

  • Continuously monitor dealer performance and compliance with contractual terms.

  • Build and maintain relationships with medium to large and complex and auto dealer accounts, serve as a point of contact for any issues, inquires or support needs

  • Ensure all dealers meet their contractual obligations, including contract expectations, service standards, and reporting requirements, taking action when necessary.

  • Analyze dealer performance data to identify trends, areas of improvements, and opportunities for growth

  • Provide training, support and resources to Dealer Relationship Management team

  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline dealer management operations, enhance efficient and improve dealer experience.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with all levels of internal and external customers, and interface with all levels of management, both internal and external partners


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Auto finance, dealer finance, or dealer services experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures of dealer operations, contract management, and compliance standards

  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships

  • Strong knowledge of auto operations practices, policies, and procedures

  • Strong Project Management experience: managing projects from beginning to end, that vary in scope and complexity

  • Vendor management experience

  • Strong analytical skills including strategically analyzing data, diagnosing opportunities, and providing solutions and recommendations

  • Understanding of Risk and Controls and ability to take action to ensure risks are appropriately mitigated

  • Knowledge and understanding of analytics tools: Excel and Tableau

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to of the 20% time
