About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Manager. As a Digital Product Manager for one of the Personalization Foundational Tech scrums, you will support the implementation of key Marketing Sales Platform capabilities that empower personalized marketing across multiple channels including secure session, public site, branch, and email marketing. In this role,
you will be responsible for collaborating with our Product Management and line of business (LOB) partners, Product owners and Technology teams to deliver solutions via Agile methodology. To be successful in this role, you must be a strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, who thrives as an independent contributor, yet is able to leverage your technical aptitude to build credibility and drive collaboration in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
In this role, you will:
• Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience,
analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Be a self-starter, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with technical and business teams
• Be part of a scrum team and participate in daily standups, lead refinement sessions, author/refine user stories, attend size/commit sessions, and provide feedback in retrospectives
• Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Work closely with Product Owner and/or LOB, to understand prioritization of stories, and to elicit detailed functional and non-functional requirements
• Produce business requirement artifacts – including User Stories, UML, Use Cases, Business Rules and Supplemental (Non-Functional) specifications – for complex capabilities
• Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives
• Coordinate communication and information flow between product, business and technology teams
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
2+ years of consultative business analysis or related technical experience, including the ability to collaborate with stakeholders in eliciting information needed to drive initiatives forward
• Ability to gather information and create both business and technical requirement
• Ability to produce user stories, write acceptance criteria using Gherkin Syntax
(Given/When/Then), use cases and UML (Unified Modeling Language)
• Ability to translate and present complex technical data across technical and non-technical groups
• Knowledge and understanding of creation of sequence diagrams and web service level data mapping
• Knowledge and understanding of technology middleware: integration and data
mapping/transformation technologies
• Knowledge and understanding of systems and applications development, especially with a variety of software development methodologies
• Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: end user applications or technology products
• Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
