In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in review and production of moderately complex transactions and loan documents
- Ensure that security perfection, title flow, duty, and pre-settlement compliance issues are determined and satisfied prior to funding within Loan Documentation functional area
- Review and understand transaction structure to determine documentation and pre-settlement compliance requirements, as well as tasks for preparation and distribution of documentation to sales and customers
- Resolve moderately complex issues
- Lead Loan Documentation team to meet functional area deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Loan Documentation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:
- Experience in Loan Documentation, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Job Expectations:
- Experience in Underwriting for Personal Loans
- Need to be well acquainted with Personal and Business tax returns
