In this role, you will:

  • Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
  • Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
  • provide frontline support for applications, focusing on troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and user assistance
  • In addition to core support responsibilities, this role will involve data remediation and data integration efforts to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and system efficiency. The ideal candidate will have foundational technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to data management within the system support framework.
  •  Evaluate basic technical business problems that can be resolved with automated systems ranging from basic to moderate levels of complexity
  •  Receive direction from supervisors and assist in development of guidelines for the use of result tracking systems
  • Interact with experienced Business Systems Consultants on revising existing automated systems that are cost effective and meeting business requirements
  •  Work with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and make necessary changes to the database.


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information Technology or a related field
  • Minimum 3+/5 years relevant experience in technical support
  • Working knowledge on Ariba, STORM & PeopleSoft is added advantage.

Job Expectations:

    • Access Management in lower Environment, review incoming emails, perform initial troubleshooting in Production environment and review, as needed, escalate to appropriate team members and management.
    • Collaborate with data teams to clean and update datasets to maintain data integrity and compliance.
    • Support periodic audits and review data workflows to detect and remediate data-related issues.
    • Work with integration teams to support data flow across various applications and databases.
    • Participate in troubleshooting data integration issues, ensuring smooth data transfer and synchronization between systems.
    • Identify, analyze, and resolve data inconsistencies, errors, and inaccuracies across systems.
    • Perform testing of enhancement or issue resolution as defined in the BRD and test plan to ensure proper functionality.
    • Validate if issues are related to application or VDI connection/Wave prior to escalating to additional resources and technology.
    • Executing the necessary Imports in Lower and Production environment
    • Knowledge on Structure of the systems. Impact Analysis on any new implementation on the system and communicating it to stakeholders.
    • Excellent Written and verbal Communication.
    • Documentation of processes and updating it as required.
    • Hands on with Jira/Service-Now or any other ticket tool and Application support.
