About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer


In this role, you will:

  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
  • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI applications using LM's, agent framework, and other related technologies
  • Collaborate with enterprise teams to integrate LLM models with the existing products and systems
  • Develop and maintain large scale application is using them Java, Python, OpenShift containers, and other relevant technologies
  • Work with the copilot, dark intelligence, and other a power tools to develop innovative solutions
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLM second agentic frameworks and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems and develop new ones
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to applications and models


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence or a related field
  • At least five years of experience in software development
  • Strongly expertise in Java, Python, OpenShift containers, and other relevant technologies
  • Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, including deep learning, natural language processing and computer vision
  • Excellent problem-solving skills come up with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills come with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams


Job Expectations:

  • Knowledge of Chatbots, Gemini, Copilot or Open AI, SWE-Bench is preferred
  • Experience with other programming languages, such as C++
  • Experience with the agile development methodologies and version control systems such as GIT
  • Certification in AI, machine learning or a related field
