About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Operations Manager.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop one or more specialized customer service and operations functional teams within Operations area with complex and risk in functional area
- Develop strategies to improve staffing processes, ensure specialized functions meet regulatory guidelines in support of risk management and compliance
- Engage stakeholders and internal partners associated within the Operations area
- Work independently on moderately complex issues and projects
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and escalates issues to more experienced management
- Provide training, performance, evaluation and coaching of less experienced team
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives and operations of functional area and team to meet business objectives
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures for operation functions with low to moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
- Provide responsibility for budget and financial performance
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
- Lead team to achieve objectives
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Operations
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of leadership experience

- Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a departmentally related field.
- Strong responsible leadership experiences in management or supervisory positions
- Experienced leader handling multiple lines of businesses in eform types HTML, PDF (both print-on-demand and fill-and-print), Word and the design tool
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with lower to mid-level operations team members, other contacts and other managers at the same level or one level higher. Demonstrated knowledge of departmental workflow processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced verbal and written English communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to handle critical production or escalation issues in a time-sensitive environment.
- Advanced PC experience required in - Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Internet, Adobe Experience Management (AEM), Java Script, Jquery, HTML, CSS is desirable
- Knowledge of Jaws, Common Look, Crawford Tech, Open Access, NVDA vendor products and testing will be an advantage
- Demonstrated negotiating, conflict management and decision making skills with all levels of associates. Excellent leadership, judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Able to think, plan and implement strategically across department. Experience in operations, customer service and/or financial services management with a high volume, fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Amenable to work in the night shift and holidays.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with challenging deadlines
