About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Relationship Manager


In this role, you will:

  • Manage customer inquiries, payment performance and disputes
  • Oversee growth opportunities and recommend improvements for customer satisfaction
  • Resolve complex customer inquiries, billing errors, payment performance and disputes
  • Perform financial analysis of customers in underwriting
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
  • Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Represent Commercial Distribution Finance to key customers and has decision authority on over-lines, interest adjustment, payment workout
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including senior managers
  • Lead team to achieve objectives


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Distribution Finance Relationship Management, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Fluent in Finnish and Swedish
