About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Systems Operations Engineer. Responsible for managing CRM Applications monitoring and handling the Autosys job runs Must have good background in production support area (L1/L2) and technically excelled in SSRS, Mulesoft, Autosys, SQL, Unix and Dynamic CRM, Informatica


In this role, you will:

  • Participate in complex technical issues and initiatives related to large scale applications, systems, databases, or other technical products and services
  • Identify opportunity for process improvements within technical support strategies and plans
  • Review and analyze technical queries to extract data, create standard databases, or perform limited programming to fine tune systems supporting low to medium risk technical deliverables
  • Present recommendations for resolving complex technical queries
  • Exercise some independent judgment to analyze performance trends and recommend process improvements while developing understanding of technical process controls or standards
  • Work as an internal consultant regarding use of tools and processes
  • Provide information related to supported system area to functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders, including internal customers


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Systems Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Working experience on Autosys scheduler, Shell scripting, SSRS, Informatica.
  • Working knowledge on SQL querying and analysis.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting tools and techniques related to networks
    and systems i. e. remote access tools, Windows Support tools, connectivity
    tests, etc.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management - Incident/Problem Management, Change/Release Management.


Job Expectations:

  • Handle the CRM integration jobs monitoring, issue handling requiring SSRS knowledge
  • Serve as primary support member for integration jobs (SSIS and Informatica)
  • Proactive monitoring of all CRM application job runs (MS Dynamics applications) in production environment along with infrastructure management.
  • Record and track incident, send out incident communication to stake holders, maintain data hygiene and capture all relevant data on the incident ticket, SLA compliance
  • Solid understanding of Service Level Agreement, awareness of the production environment/application being supported
  • Report production issues/bugs and help in replication of the issues
  • Identify gaps in production monitoring and work towards addressing them
  • Work to contribute and improve the End User experience.
  • Contribute towards application stability, identify incident patterns, report vulnerability in production environment and need to work on patching.
  • Participate in BCP/DR, patching and upgrades related to application/database servers
  • Train new and existing team member on technical and functional aspects
  • Ability to manage incident calls and participate on RCA discussions
  • Shift timings: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
