About the Role

The CRM Core Engineering team engineers’ solutions, tools and packages and evangelizes them for consumption across the enterprise on the Salesforce and Informatica / Mulesoft platforms. We architect and build connected CRM solutions on these platforms using leading integration technologies, Informatica, Mulesoft, for end-to-end solutions.

Our goal is to deliver rapid, value-driven customer solutions for service processes in Wells Fargo. Our Engineers are key players in this objective, as they can leverage the Salesforce CRM functionality, Informatica for ETL, Mulesoft Integration platform to deliver customer requirements quickly with minimal customization.

You will be a Senior Software Engineer involved in designing and building solutions for complex business processes primarily using Salesforce CRM and Informatica / Mulesoft Integration. Working predominantly in Agile Scrum teams, you will be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle - design and development through to deployment and post-production support.

In the process, you will have opportunity to acquire in-depth knowledge on consumer and wholesale banking domain.
 

Responsibilities

  • Provides hands on contribution in the design and development of applications and integrations.
  • Analyzes business requirements, designs, and writes technical specifications to design or redesign computer solutions.
  • Independently produce solutions / architecture design artefacts
  • Develops original and/or complex code or provides coding guidance to global team members.
  • Verifies program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing, and debugging of programs.
  • Participates in overall systems testing.
  • Develops new documentation, participates in the development of department technical procedures and designs user guides.
  • Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees updating and testing of the business continuation plan.
  • Contributes to POC and experiments effort to help build new CRM/Salesforce integrated solutions

 
 

Mandatory Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in building end to end business solutions using various technologies including Salesforce.com platform and cloud offerings like Sales, Service & Community and Financial Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with out of the box capabilities, component, configurations, governor limits, connected apps, security model offered by Salesforce platform
  • Hands on experience with configuration / customization, programming with Apex, Apex Triggers, Visual Force, Platform Events, Lightning Aura/LWC frameworks.
  • Hands on experience with source driven development & deployments using SFDX, Scratch orgs, GIT, Jenkins.
  • Hands on exposure with Salesforce integration experience with other enterprise services using APIs, micro services (REST, XML), offline sync jobs using Informatica or other tools and integration patterns, third party tools/products like Informatica, Mulesoft. 
  • Proven capability with CICD and DevOps, managed & unmanaged packages relevant to Salesforce platform.
  • Experience in test automation for Salesforce using industry leading tools / products.
  • Strong analytical ability with focus on continued learning to develop depth and breadth in key competencies.
  • Demonstrate curiosity to learn and rapid experimentation in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to communicate & articulate clearly and concisely and use strong writing and verbal skills to communicate facts, figures, and ideas to others.
  • Added Advantage: Prior hands-on experience with integration design/development using Informatica and/or Mulesoft platform.

Desired Skills

  • Knowledgeable in standard functions/modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and AppExchange/App cloud application integration.
  • Experience in Salesforce configuration and Force.com custom development using Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Aura/LWC.
  • Experience in creating and consuming SOAP and REST Services & APIs on the Salesforce / Force.com platform, and in front-end technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, ReactJS, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce.com functionality on orgs in DevOps model
  • Added Advantage: Prior hands-on experience with integration design/development using Informatica and/or Mulesoft platform.
  • Highly Preferred – Certified Developer (401)/Platform Developer-I, Advanced Developer (501)/Platform Developer-II certifications.
