About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant...

In this role, you will:

  • Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence statistical modeling, analytical strategies, and advanced data visualization for complex business and technical needs
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques, advance data from multiple sources, and mathematics behind data analysis across the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and coordination of highly complex activities
  • Design and lead complex projects, analyses, and application of techniques across the enterprise
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise
  • Engage with peers, managers risk, compliance, managers across the enterprise, and serve as an expert advisor to leadership team

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 7+ years of Analytics and Reporting, Financial Modeling, Statistics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Program development- 10+ Senior Lead Analytics consultant – 10+ years of experience in service excellence, Quality and Audit support, Process optimization champion,  Agile, Partner management, Program creation and Product development and roll out execution support

Job Expectations:

  • Statistically analyse machine learning capability to be implemented in the workflow system
  • Built strategy & framework for vendor compliance program and supervise execution with auditors globally
  • Program manage data governance & user interfaces design with global task force to support implementation
  • Lead team of optimization, audits to identify business gaps & pain areas  
  • Establish metric-driven risk management framework for business continuity across multiple geographies
  • Build goal-governance framework for Operational Excellence
  • Set up training strategy for the team across the globe
  • Statistically validated and publish improvement/analytics success stories of the team to top management  
  • Established end-to-end cycle time metrics, which enabled target setting and reduced cycle time
  • Setup scorecard for top 5 core business areas across multiple lines of business
  • Program manage process re-engineering efforts to reduced waste and optimize outcomes
  • Build information system(knowledge repository)  to serve as a case study for technology (scale-up & integration)
  • Program manage transition (incl. system access, knowledge sharing, shadowing, and SLA reporting setup)
  • Support product development efforts
  • Support agile workflow by owning project governance
  • Manage workflow, documentation and audit support for large function including Risk, Compliance, onboarding, off boarding, access control, Data access, governance documentation and various metrics/proofs.
  • Led process improvement efforts to reduce, reuse, optimize and redesign workflows.
  • Process re-engineering for quality assurance team to reduce transactional efforts email including outreach, tracking and reporting
  • Build/support innovation dashboard to measure planned vs actual impact from improvement projects
  • Collaborated in end-to-end process diagnostics to identify automation/RPA opportunities across all lines of business
