In this role, you will:

  • Work on Transition Management activities which includes assessing the scope from Line of Business (LOB), partnering with legal and risk partners to identify if the scope can be supported from I&P locations.
  • Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products & services for medium to large business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services.
  • Review customer information with the technology team.
  • Implement technical initiatives for complex projects impacting multiple lines of business or across the enterprise
  • Lead initiatives for complex projects and work with the technology team to assess customer information and recommend best solutions to the customer
  • Conduct research or testing of achieving market environment for innovative business products and services, regulatory or compliance issues and implications of new implementations
  • Collaborate and consult with the technology team to resolve issues and provide customers with best possible solutions
  • Provide guidance on leveraging new technology


Desired Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in business management or project coordination activities.
  • Experience in managing transition work
  • Knowledge of the project Management Framework and disciplines primarily in the Banking industry and its related operations.  
  • Strategic thinking and Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
    Fluency in English.  Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with documentation and reporting related tasks
  • Ability to work with and communicate with all levels of the organization

  • Partner & collaborate with stakeholders located both locally & globally in achieving shared business objectives & goals.
  • Maintain routines to track progress against published project deliverable timelines
  • Review process from a fresh Perspective and identify transformation opportunities.
  • Participate in organization wide strategic, tactical initiatives and identify best practices for delivery in Technology GSPO.
  • Point of contact for all transition related activities for a Line of Business.
  • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Line of Business to provide transition solutions.
