Lead Data Management Analyst

In this role, you will:

  • Lead analysis efforts and provide guidance to other analysts for writing business epics/stories, as well as performing detailed use case scenarios and mappings.
  • Lead or participate in the resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple business or product areas
  • Lead data analysis, gap analysis, data profiling, source-to-target mappings and data flow diagrams.
  • Partner with technology and DMI teams on design use cases based on analysis.
  • Partner with technology and DMI team members on data model simplification and transformation efforts with a focus on solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on implementing innovative and significant business solutions.
  • Assist DMI and other partners in remediation of data gaps and controls in accordance with Data Management Policy
  • Engage with eIDF Enable and Operate teams to prioritize resolution of data gaps and data quality issues and deliver additional functionality based on customer requirements and priorities.
  • Develop and track metrics to monitor progress of team in accordance with program, eIDF, and DMI objectives.
  • Support eIDF leadership team in strategic inputs, recommendations, feedback for eIDF roadmap and quarterly milestones (Shippable Products, QBR metrics, etc.)
  • Present to senior leadership teams (DMI, technology, consumer) on data content, sourcing decisions of data available in eIDF
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as a subject matter expert
  • Partner with groups companywide to coordinate and drive collaboration on solutions, analytical design and remediation execution

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications, US:

  • 5+ years of SQL or comparable experience
  • Strong experience working with Consumer, Commercial, Deposits or Securities & Derivatives data
  • Strong experience in relational or big data platforms
  • 3+ Years of experience working on complex cross domain programs/projects
  • Significant analytical abilities to including - Data Profiling, Data Mapping, Data Sourcing, and Functional/Data Testing, Data Flow Diagrams, Business Process Modeling
  • Working knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Dictionary, and/or Data Lineage
  • 3+ Years of experience working on complex cross domain programs/projects
