About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager who will be responsible to lead the teams that will be providing support for analytics and transforming data into actionable business and developmental insights. Will interact closely with multiple business leaders and present analysis to business executives.

In this role, you will:

As part of a team focused on preserving the customer experience across the organization, this Business Execution Manager will be responsible for:

  • Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business

  • Provide leadership to proactively transform data into actionable insights and provide strategic insight that will assist in identifying customers impacted through systemic issues

  • Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution

  • Reviewing/analyzing trends, identifying new methodology/data sources and recommending strategy changes or process enhancements

  • Ensuring a high level of data accuracy for work completed by your members (5-8 headcount)

  • Developing in-depth knowledge and expertise regarding the Line of Business you support

  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development

  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives

  • Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners

  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

  • Maintaining necessary processes, controls and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity

  • Ensuring adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies

  • Proficient in data integration, database structures and data warehousing

Required Qualifications, International:

  • 4+ years data analytics and business development experience

  • 2+ years of good team handling experience of managing people and projects, able to guide, mentor and provide technical assistance to the team

  • Candidate must be graduate of College Degree

  • Demonstrate strong negotiation, communication & presentation skills.

  • Willing to work onsite in Upper McKinley Taguig

  • Willing to work on shifting schedules.
