Department Overview
The Human Resources team addresses the various needs of the organization by efficiently and effectively delivering HR services, nurturing diverse talent for the company's long-term success, and collaborating to deliver business outcomes.
 
About the Role and Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of recruiters supporting the Philippines region across businesses
  • Develop and implement programs to ensure the company recruitment delivery requirements are met
  • Ensure recruiters operate effectively, efficiently and in accordance with internal policy and governmental requirements, and that company behavioral expectations are met
  • Determine appropriate strategies to develop and implement innovative sourcing practices
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development in Talent Acquisition functional area
  • Develop effective working relationships with business and HR leadership, as well as internal partners to ensure seamless delivery to the business
  • Determine and implement strategies to strengthen the brand of the Company in the local market
  • Ensure strategic alignment with overall human capital, diversity and business strategies and ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements throughout the group
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced managers of broader Talent Acquisition function
  • Continuously review and improve the candidate experience
  • Manage all our external partnerships including campuses, vendors and others
  • Continuously review and improve all hiring related metrics

The role reports into Head of HR for India & Philippines and has a functional reporting into Global head of Talent Acquisition for Operations for Wells Fargo.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • At least 20 years of recruiting work experience in the business processing outsourcing industry in the Philippines preferably in the financial services sector for the US market
  • Background in volume hiring and demonstrated success in effectively managing a hiring ramp is preferable
  • An ability to move along the strategic, tactical and operational spectrum with flexibility and ease.
  • Strong business partnership and stakeholder management experience in a matrix Organization
  • Strong people management experience
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
  • Strong decision-making capability to help drive and solve issues
  • Excellent inter-personal skills with effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data and provide appropriate insights
