About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant...

In this role, you will:

•    Develop, test, and execute analytical solutions. Analytical solutions are comprised of: Non-complex data driven quality assurance reviews, Operational Reporting, Speech/Text analytic queries, standard SQL or SAS based queries.
•    Output mechanisms would be primarily visualized in Tableau but can include excel, powerpoint, or other business intelligence tools within WF
•    Execute on adhoc reporting requests or analysis
•    Advise line of business and quality partners on business strategies based on research of performance metrics, trends in population distributions, and other complex data to maximize profits and asset growth, and minimize operating losses within risk and other operating standards
•    Interpret and translate regulatory defined stress test scenarios into model parameters, evaluate results of stress test results, and interpretation of model output
•    Provide leadership in the identification and development of new research concepts and designs
•    Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed
•    Provide updates on project logs, monthly budget forecasts, monthly newsletters, and operations reviews
•    Assist managers and leaders in understanding data, trends, root cause analysis to ensure effective actionable plans are executed on
•    Mentor or manage less experienced staff, interns, and external contractors
•    Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
•    Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor

Required Qualifications:

  • 9+ of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

  • Ability to be proactive, innovative and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs
    •    Excellent written/verbal communication
    •    Understanding of Home Lending business
    •    SAS certified/5+ years of experience w
    •    5+ years of experience with SQL
    •    2+ years of experience with Speech/Desktop/Text Analytics
    •    2+ years of experience with Tableau
    •    2+ years of experience with operational metric reporting
    •    2+ years of experience with contact center operations data including telephony and digital channels
    •    2+ years of experience with operational metric reporting
    •    2+ years of experience with contact center operations data including telephony and digital channels
    •    5+ years of Home Lending experience 
    •    Work experience within Servicing Organization or strong working knowledge within Servicing Organization.
    •    Strong Analytical background
    •    Experience partnering with Senior Leaders and Executives
