About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Retail Construction Manager to support our Lead Construction Managers as well as oversee special projects across our retail portfolio.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the new branch pipeline to track land use approvals, permit timeframes, real estate delivery dates, signage approvals, and deal contingencies.
- Serve as construction project leader and coordinate compliance with construction project specifications, budgets and schedules
- Communicate effectively with internal customers, construction project team, and management
- Provide oversight to all construction project managers in identification of project requirements and development of property and construction related project plan
- Collaborate and consult with management, peers, and stakeholders
- Interact with Regional Presidents and company executives in charge of property
Required Qualifications, US:

2+ years of Construction Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:

Understanding of permitting, construction infrastructure, MEP, and land use approvals in markets throughout the country in order to manage a large pipeline for identifying gaps in permitting and real estate delivery.

Retail construction experience

Knowledge and understanding of construction project management.

Knowledge and understanding of project management principles: defining future state, gap analysis, and scope management

Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail, pattern recognition and accuracy.

Experience conducting meetings, presentations and status reporting

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills

Experienced with effective collaboration across a team of managers focusing on different functional areas for the same project
