Wells Fargo is seeking a Systems Operation Manager in the Digital Technology and Innovation group which supports evolving digital platforms and enhances integration of the innovation pipeline into our customer-facing capabilities.
In this role, you will:

Acts as a strong leader to manage risk remediation across various platform. Responsible to drive innovation to build products and services that improve resiliency, stability and availability within critical applications and platform

Manage a cross functional team that manage vulnerability remediation, technology change inventory, PCF buildpack deprecation remediation, End of life, Emergency and Heightened awareness Event Support (ex: Log4j)

Drive execution of Platform info security and cyber risk initiatives
-
Drive preventative and predictive application maturity and stability assessments
-
Shift vulnerability remediation models from reactive to proactive through applied Data Analytics
-
Compliance process improvements and enhancements
-
Active oversight and management of TCI activities
-
Engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with the Systems Operations functional area
-
Identify, recommend and drive technology debt remediation process improvement, including automation, trend analysis and predictive modeling
-
Shift vulnerability remediation models from reactive to proactive
-
Interpret and develop policies and procedures, and understand compliance and risk management requirements for supported system area

Collaborate and consult with analysts, Information Technology personnel, or vendors
-
Manage mid to highly experienced systems operations consultants and engineers
-
Understanding of application development, SDLC lifecycle, Agile practices are key

Manage allocation of people and financial resources

Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring
Required Qualifications, US:
-
5+ years of Systems Engineering, and Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
-
5+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
-
5+ years of Technology Risk Management experience
-
5+ years of Agile experience
-
3+ years of operational risk, conduct risk or compliance domain experience
-
2+ years of Leadership experience

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

Cloud certification

Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships

Highly proficient with word, PowerPoint, Excel. Ability to produce senior management level contents and presentations

Pay Range
