In this role, you will:
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
- Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) group is responsible for Agile, Architecture, Services, Product Development and Cloud, Engineering, and Test Engineering, Site Reliability, as well as training and processes to enable the Wells Fargo Technology organization and the company to achieve this transformation.
Role Overview
Testing Enablement organization enables critical test engineering product development to enable the Technology organization to achieve transformation. The function is positioned to build, engineer, and evangelize Test Engineering products for the Technology organization.
As a Product Owner for the Testing Enablement organization, you will drive the evolution and implementation of Next Generation Test Orchestration / Execution, Testing Products/Frameworks that will transform the Development /Testing experience of Enterprise-wide customers. consumers. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Technology, Product Management teams, LOB partners and leading the development scrum team to deliver solutions via Agile methodology. To be successful in this role, you must be a strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, who thrives as an independent contributor, yet is able to collaborate with other teams/partners
The ideal applicant should have Technology acumen and experience with Automation Testing & Best in class Testing Practices. Exposure to Test Execution / Orchestration, Distributed, parallel Execution of Tests, (Testing framework like Selenium, TestNG, Test Life Cycle Management tools, CI/CD integration, Playwright, SaaS based Applications is desirable.

Required Qualifications
- The ideal candidate for this role will have 15+ years of experience in Software Development at various capacity and 4+ years of experience as a seasoned product owner in complex tech environment, leading projects and driving forward solutions.
- A good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a proven track record of driving digital innovation and business metrics with a customer-first mindset.
- Own and drive product strategy with technology partners and customers to build the best test enablement products
- Product or Program or Change Management experience - Migration of products/tools to cloud infrastructure (GCP/Azure/AWS)
- Product or Program or Change Management experience - On Testing tools (On prem/Cloud) towards managing product/platform health – e.g.: scalability, resilience & stability
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
- Solid creative and strategic thinking skills for product roadmap – Tactical and long-term strategic goals
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage large-scale initiatives and effectively partner with stakeholders across technical teams
- Experienced and well versed in Agile practices, good exposure to tools like JIRA, ALM, Octane
- Good to have - Knowledge of container Technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, OpenStack Cloud especially for migration and maintenance of testing tools
- Good to have - Certifications on GCP or Azure.

Primary Responsibilities
- Define Product Vision
- Define Product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria
- Participate actively in resolving queries in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, Sprint demos to validate the implementation
- Articulate customer needs and product requirements clearly and ensure our stakeholders have enough details to interpret user stories and define success criteria accordingly.
- Experience in product management/development, program management, strategy, marketing and/or related position in a consumer-oriented, technology-dependent environment in Testing enablement & Automation products
- Communicates, collaborates, and negotiates with key stakeholders (value stream leaders, business groups and control groups)
- Be accountable for scrum team deliverables and KPIs, Org wide OKRs. Monitor and measure progress on user story delivery and sprint team velocity. Review metrics to measure value and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Look at industry trends and customer feedback to brainstorm on features
- Work with operations and technical teams to research and resolve production issues. Clarify ambiguities and customer experience based on business requirements and product objectives.
- Design and implement long-term strategic goals and short-term tactical plans for managing and maintaining Test Orchestration and Test Automation platforms, products, and frameworks.
- Strong experience in product ownership and product roadmaps including research, adoption & migration
- Strong SDLC / STLC experience with exposure to various testing frameworks which are Java / .Net /Java script based and different types of testing.
- Strong ability to synthesize data to form a story and align information to contrast or compare to industry perspective and historical business trends
- Envisioning Next gen Orchestration / Execution with end-to-end focus right from CI/CD pipeline, execution, Test Lifecycle management Automation reports, user experience
- Participate in performing Proof of concepts, vendor interaction, use case definition and gap analysis, translating PoC to Production in a timely manner
