Customer Service Representative (12 months assignment)

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Trade Operations team based in Seoul Branch. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.


In this role, you will:

  • Support financial products and services
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service experience and offer ideas to resolve internal and external customer issues to provide first call resolution
  • Perform moderately complex customer support tasks
  • Receive direction from customer service supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
  • Interact with customer service team on complex customer issues
  • Provide training on policies and procedures, and provide guidance to less experienced individuals, as well as internal and external customers


Required Qualifications,

  • Experience in Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education
  • Knowledge on Export trade business in Letter of Credit
  • Fluent in Korean


Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • PC skills including MS office, Word, MS outlook and Excel
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Initiative, self-motivated and a good team player


Job Expectations:

  • Over 3 year experience served in the financial industry
  • Ability to manage and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Prefer services driven minded person
