Wells Fargo is seeking a Associate Supervisory Control Representative...


In this role, you will:

  • Identify ways to improve internal and external electronic communications while ensuring compliance with internal company policies, applicable laws and regulations
  • Perform routine reviews for various types of electronic communications on a daily basis to identify if the communication meets policy requirements
  • Receive direction from management and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
  • Interact with Supervisory Control teams and refer to management on escalation items that may be out of compliance


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Supervisory Control, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • If fresh graduate, should have completed financial services or financial management courses, e.g.,  banking and finance, economics, financial management

  • Preferably passer of CFA Foundation or FINRA Securities and Industry Essentials

Job Expectations:

  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Reviews electronic communications on a daily basis    

  • Escalates electronic communications that do not meet internal company policies or applicable laws & regulations   

  • Meets regulatory and service level agreement deadline

  • Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Completes all trainings within the deadline (web-based trainings, document submission, etc.); Attend all necessary forums, meetings, etc. as advised by Team Lead or Manager 

  • Initiates or suggests process improvement ideas to increase efficiency, reduce risk, improve customer experience, and promotes team member engagement  

  • Performs delegated functions to be assigned by Team Lead or Manager

Skills/Competencies Requirements:

  • Quality-oriented and demonstrates high-level of attention to detail.    

  • Excellent analytical and technical skills with ability to apply critical judgment and come up with effective decisions.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency for detailed documentation with ability to validate work.

  • With excellent reading comprehension and knows how to employ the basic reading skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft program.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure with a high motivation and able to meet stringent deadlines with strong sense of urgency and results and detail orientation.

  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute a body of work with minimal supervision.

  • Possesses an impeccable reputation for integrity, accuracy, consistency, and business acumen.

  • Familiarity with banking documents 

  • Flexibility to work in night shifts, or weekends/holidays if deemed necessary by the business.
