WFIP Consumer Lending (WFIP-CL) ably supports our enterprise-wide focus on transforming client and customer experience. WFIP-CL includes the following businesses: Home Lending, Wells Fargo Auto, Personal Lending, Cards & Merchant services and Controls.

About the Role
Systems Quality Assurance will perform user acceptance testing on systems in support of Operations, Originations, Servicing, and Collections used within WFIP-CL. Create, prepare and execute test standards for LOB processes, tools, and artifacts. Conduct basic to moderately complex analysis, testing, and certification of LOB application specific software using business requirements and functional specification document. Perform test plans, test strategies, ambiguity reviews and test signoffs. May lead low to moderately complex efforts primarily focused on test execution but may create basic test plans using templates and guidelines. Work with more experienced analysts to create and select test cases and test scripts. Perform simple to moderately complex test data conditioning, regression testing and testing validation. Log, track, and verify resolution of LOB software and specification defects. Apply intermediate testing tool knowledge to efforts. Document and adhere to all established standards.
Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly documents all phases of the UAT process
  • Develop test plan and test scripts
  • Work with business on regression test scripts
  • Assist in the execution of test plans for assigned projects
  • Review various requirements documentation to ensure they are complete and testable
  • Conduct end to end regression testing and validation
  • Identify, log and ensure tracking of defects
  • Ensure defect resolution
  • Attend and actively participate in project meetings
  • Act as a voice for the line of business during testing


Essential Qualifications

  • College Graduation Degree - 3/4 years
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: systems/application testing, systems/application quality assurance, business operations, business processes or business tools

  • Solid knowledge and understanding of quality assurance/testing process
  • Knowledge and understanding of business tools and processes
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: user acceptance testing coordination
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate confidentially and professionally
  • Consumer Lending/Consumer Banking experience
  • Ability to develop and manage client relationships
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Experience with testing tools – such as ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), Jira, etc.
