About this role:

In this role, you will:

  • Support management in the day-to-day supervision of less experienced team providing guidance, and resolution to issues contributing to overall effectiveness of team
  • Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Operations group
  • Perform or guide others on complex escalated issues that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation
  • Prioritize work and provide daily work leadership and mentorship to team
  • Provide training and technical guidance to less experienced staff
  • Lead or contribute to implementation of new or revised processes and procedures that require coordination among operation teams
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Serve as a resource to other departments on transaction structure, documentation, and company policies


Hours and Location:

  • Hours: M-F - flexible start time from 6:00am - 7:30am (post training)
  • Address: 1300 SW 5th Avenue, Portland, Oregon

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast paced production environment to meet deadlines
  • Experience with review and maintenance of customer data within all complexities and risk levels: Low, Medium and High priority cases
  • Intermediate experience reviewing customer information, documentation, and banking relationships
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Proven ability to work and produce at high expectations with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Display a willingness to learn new policies, procedures and processes
  • Intermediate or advanced experience with research system tools such as Hogan, DIPR, Lexis Nexis, etc.
  • Intermediate skills with Excel
  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet departmental and work objectives
  • Previous experience with Hogan profile maintenances
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to develop and negotiate solutions to issues with partners or clients including escalations as needed 
  • Ability to confer with Leadership on a regular basis to discuss recommendations and current findings
