Financial Accountant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Financial Accountant as part of Finance team. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at


  • General accounting and Closing (Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly)
  • Check the GL balance and preparation the BS reconciliation data
  • Preparation of Local regulatory reports to BOK and FSS, etc.
  • Preparation of cash forecast data on a monthly basis
  • Preparation of Transactional taxes and VAT (including Proxy VAT) filing
  • Support and communicate with regional shared service team
  • Preparation the data for external audit and corporate tax filing
  • Participation on ad hoc projects

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Financial Reporting, Accounting Reporting or Risk Reporting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • University degree (or equivalent) majored in accounting or financing preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance / Accounting with good at handling figures
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and banking products and regulations
  • Excellent skill in MS office, especially excel
  • Good communication skill in Korean and English
  • Experience with Alteryx, Axiom, Tableau or Workiva advantageous but not essential
